Sales of the Network Marketing industry in the United States are in the billion range. About sixty-five percent of direct sellers area female and thirty-five percent are male. For most people, Network Marketing is only a part-time activity. Approximately 80 percent of networkers work part-time, less than 30 hours a week earning less than 0 per month. Network Marketing opens doors for everyone, regardless of his or her socio-economic background. About five percent of Network Marketers are senior citizens. Approximately 8 percent of Network Marketers have physical disabilities. Thirteen percent of Network Marketers are African-American. Five percent of Network Marketers are Hispanic, and lastly, One percent of Network Marketers are Asian.

If you want to really make a decent living as a network consultant, you need to narrow down your marketing focus and develop very keen business development intuition. But how do you fine-tune the process of finding ideal clients as a network consultant, so you can build your business efficiently? The following 3 network consultant tips can help you determine which types of clients you need to target to build a solid career and a stable consulting business.

1. Remember, There are a Lot of Small Businesses Out There. As you are thinking about yourself as a network consultant, remember there are millions of small businesses in the U.S. and millions more abroad. I was wondering after researching the cost of social networking consultants, what would a business be more understanding to pay. On the high end i’ve seen 170k yr. low end 60k yr. is that a good price range or would more sign up if it was 30-40k yr

That’s ridiculous and I have never heard that term before.

If you can get 170K per year though, I say go for it LOL.

Tips to Improve the Wireless Networking

If your PC’s Window Operating System notifies you about a weak signal then it probably means that the connection is too slow or not as reliable as it should be. The worse part is that you might lose connection in some parts of your home or entirely. If you are looking to improve the wireless connectivity of your computer then these tips might come handy to you. This will also be helpful in improving the overall wireless connectivity.

The first thing that you need to do is to position your wireless router or wireless access point in a central location. Try to place your wireless router in the central position of your home. If your wireless router is placed in an outside wall of your home then the signal might be weak on the other side of your home. You need not have to worry because there are ways to improve it.

The other method is to move the router off the floor and away from the walls and metal objects such as metal file cabinets. Usually metals, walls and floor interfere with your wireless connectivity. The closer the router to these obstructions the weaker will be the signals therefore you need to make sure to keep off these obstructions away from your way.

The next thing that you can do is to replace the antenna of your router. As computer user you should know that the antenna supplied with your router is designed to be omni- directional which means that they broadcast signals in all directions. If the router is placed near an outside wall of your house then half of the signal goes out of your house. This leads to wastage of router’s power. Most of the routers do not allow you to make use of output power but you can make use of router’s power. You can go for a hi-gain antenna that focuses the wireless signal in one direction. You can always aim the signal in the direction you want.

The other important things that you need to do are the following. Now replace the wireless adapter of your computer. Wireless network signals must be sent both to and from the computer. Sometimes your router can broadcast strong signal to your computer but the computer cannot revert back those signals to your router. For this you need to replace your laptop’s PC card-based wireless network adaptor with a USB network adapter that has an external antenna. You need to keep a note of one thing that laptops with built-in wireless networks has good receptive power and do need to have network adapters upgraded. You can also add a wireless repeater as this helps to extend your network range without any cables. You only need to place your wireless repeater between your computer and wireless access point. There will be an instant boost in your wireless connectivity. You can also change your wireless channel and reduce wireless interferences. Even picking up the equipment from a single vendor helps you like some vendor offer you performance boost up equipments when you choose their hardware.

All these methods will you to boost the performance of your wireless network system.

You could use an Ethernet cable to connect the two computers. Or, if the laptop has integrated wireless, just connect using that.
